Commission On Narcotic Drugs (CND) refers to the the central policy-making body within the United Nations system for dealing with all drug-related matters, including those pertaining to the aims of the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, 1961, as amended by the Protocol Amending the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs.(1) The members of CND are representatives of governments.
